This is a table of all the womens training activites and times. Water and land training can take place outwith these times but will be self-organised.

This schedule represents when the Weights and Erg rooms in The West Boathouse are allocated for our group training sessions. All rowers will follow this schedule to some extent with Beginners, Masters, and Social rowers able to undertake as much volume as suits them and their goals. Performance rowers would be looking to complete most of these training sessions.

Water and land training can take place outwith these times but will be self-organised.

*These are the summer scedule times, the weekend winter schedule sees all weekend water sessions pushed back 30 minutes due to reduced daylight hours.
