
Governance of Clydesdale ARC
Clydesdale ARC is governed by its constitution and is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation with registration number SC045523.
The day-to-day operation of the club is the responsibility of the Committee, which consists of 16 Trustees. Trustees are elected by club members at the AGM once club accounts have been signed off by auditors.
Trustees meet on a monthly basis, usually on the first Thursday of the month. Minutes of each meeting are approved at the following meeting (or once all outstanding issues have been resolved) and distributed to club members after approval.
