Training this weekend - Sat 9th at The Caledonian Hall |

The Caledonian Hall that we use on Tuesday nights is booked for this Saturday 9th from 12:00-15:00. This may seem like a long time but we will use it to the full as we anticipate the first 90 mins will be devoted to games and warm-up followed by a long circuit, then a break of 45 mins then a stretching session and core stability work for the last 45 mins. All athletes are encouraged to come along and take part rather than vegetate on the sofa using the weather as an excuse not to train. Many of the coaches will be available to help out with this. Due to the icy conditions, rowing is simply not going to happen this weekend and anyone training in the clubhouse in these conditions runs the risk of serious injury. |
