Rowing Lesson’s Continue at the Tank (Tuesday 30th) |

Just a little reminder that lesson’s continue at the tank this Wednesday 31st in Sweep rowing the newcomers. We have also booked the tank for Wednesday the 7th and 14th to do some Sculling. The main focus tomorrow and the 14th will be technical exercises.

Club run. Monday night. Leaving boathouse at 6pm. This week we will tour the joys of the green for about 45 minutes - this will be about 3 or 4 laps for the runners amongst us and a lap or two less for those who arent so sure about the whole thing!
In the coming weeks the routes will vary depending on where people want to go – Open to suggestions.
Remember, leaving boathouse at 6pm, will warm-up/stretch on first lap.
