Annual General Meeting

Dear Member

I am writing to give you formal notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Club, which is to be held at the boathouse on Thursday 25th October 2012 at 7.30 pm. Light refreshments will be provided at the event.

The formal business of the meeting, in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution, will be the election of officers for the coming year, the receipt of accounts for the year ended 30th June 2012 and the fixing of subscriptions for the year 2011/2012. Reports of the Treasurer and Secretary along with minutes from the 2011 AGM will be presented at the meeting.

If you cannot attend this meeting, the reports are available on request by return email ( secretary@clydesdalearc.org.uk).

The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to have an input into the working of the Club and it is important that we have a full turnout of members to give feedback and also to elect the new committee.

Please find attached the Club Development Plan for your consideration. This is the document which will guide the work of the committee over the coming years and any feedback on this document is welcomed. Please email your comments to secretary@clydesdalearc.org.uk or raise them at the AGM.

We are currently updating our membership database and if you have recently changed address please send your details by return email.

The Club Dinner and Ceilidh is on Saturday 17th November 2012 at St Andrew’s in the Square. Please make a note of the date and come along for what is always a most enjoyable evening.
